Hi, I’m Kaitlyn — the baker behind Dough Darling.

I’ve been baking since I was 7 years old, and it quickly became something I fell completely in love with. Over the years, that love only grew stronger, and during COVID, I found myself back in the kitchen, rediscovering my passion — this time, with a focus on cookies.

After moving to Kingston in 2024, I knew it was finally time to turn something I’ve always dreamed of into reality.

I’ve always loved baking for the people around me, and I truly believe that good food — especially a really good dessert — has a way of bringing people together. That’s exactly what Dough Darling is built on.

The cookies are big, soft, and made to be shared… because the best moments are the ones you enjoy with others (even if you decide to keep one all to yourself, hehe)
